Pricing structure
- Destination — rates vary by country and line type (landline, mobile, special numbers)
- Duration — counted per second (no rounding up to the minute)
- Codec — G.711 and G.729 have the same rate

In your VoIP Panel → VoIP Rates: full rate table, filterable by country and prefix.
Optimizing your costs
- Use G.729 to reduce bandwidth on limited connections
- Enable automatic failover to a secondary carrier
- Calls to mobiles generally cost 2 to 5× more than to landlines
Auto Top-up
- Go to Billing → Add Funds
- Enable Auto Top-up and set the trigger threshold (e.g., €5)
- Choose the top-up amount (e.g., €50)
- A valid bank card must be saved in your account
