What is the DNC list?
The DNC list contains the numbers that must never be called — contact refusals or an official national list (e.g., Bloctel in France).
DNC list sources
- Unsubscribe requests from your contacts
- Import of the national Bloctel list
- Numbers manually blacklisted by your agents
- Automatic "DNC" or "DNCL" disposition
Importing DNC numbers
- AutoDial → Contacts → DNC List → Import
- CSV with a "phone_number" column (E.164 format recommended)
- Import and confirm
Bloctel verification (France)
