Deploying the ConnectWise Control agent

Installation on Windows

1. Client area → ConnectWise → Download the agent
2. Choose the machine group (e.g., "Client workstations")
3. Download the .exe and run it as administrator
4. The machine appears in your portal shortly

Mass deployment (Windows)

• Group Policy (GPO) — distribute the MSI via Active Directory
• PowerShell — script downloadable from the portal, via RMM
• SCCM / Intune — MSI package available on request

Installation on macOS

1. Download the .pkg file from the portal
2. Grant accessibility permissions in System Preferences → Security → Privacy

Installation on Linux

sudo bash ConnectWiseControl-xxx.sh install

Compatible with: Ubuntu 18.04+, Debian 10+, CentOS 7+

Troubleshooting

If the machine stays Offline: check that outbound TCP 443 is allowed on your firewall.
