WebTic DID numbers — Geographic coverage
WebTic offers DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers in more than 60 countries. A DID number lets you receive calls from any country, to your PBX or SIP trunk, with no international call charges for your local callers.

Types of numbers available
- Geographic numbers: tied to a local city/region
- National numbers: non-geographic, valid across the whole territory
- Toll-free numbers: inbound calls are free for the caller
- Virtual mobile numbers: available in certain countries
Ordering a DID number
From your client area, go to Services → Order → DID Numbers, choose the country, the city and the available number. Activation is fast for most countries.
Number portability
WebTic supports inbound number porting in many countries. If you want to keep your existing number, contact our support with your current phone statement.
