How to activate your WebTic Sender ID

  1. Log in to your WebTic client area → SMS Business service
  2. Open a support ticket with: desired Sender ID name, supporting document (KBIS or official extract)
  3. Our team submits the request to the carriers (turnaround: 24-72h for the EU)
  4. Once validated, use the "from": "YourSenderID" parameter in your API calls

Important: A custom Sender ID cannot receive replies (one-way). For two-way exchanges, use a long number.
